Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Key Responsibilities:
- Computer expertise required
- Repair, maintain, and service mobile devices
- Disassemble, fix, and reassemble units
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Manage appointments and work schedules
- Ensure a memorable customer experience
- Safely arrive at client locations within appointment windows
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Personal/professional experience with smartphone, iPad, computer or laptop screen replacement
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical abilities
- Current driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
- Background check and drug test required
- Authorization to work in the US
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skill
