Responsibilities • Acquire new and expand existing consumer and small business banking relationships. , • Manage day-to-day operations of the branch. , • Educate the office team on products, services, technology, and policies. , • Implement business and sales plans, ensuring team alignment with goals. , • Foster and develop community relationships. , • Ensure compliance with bank security practices and regulatory requirements. , • Coach and develop team members, including managing work schedules and employee-related activities. Requirements • Experience managing both a sales and operations team preferred. , • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop individuals and teams to high achievement. , • Banking experience and community involvement in the local market helpful. , • Excellent customer service skills and behaviors; highly motivated, focused, and goal-oriented. , • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor. , • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. , • Ability to multi-task effectively. , • PC and internet proficiency. , • 2 years of retail banking or related experience in a financial service industry required. , • Proven track record of successful service and sales performance. , • High school graduate or equivalent required. , • Strong knowledge of competition and product knowledge needed.
