As an engineer in the team, you'll use your technical expertise to analyze, design, develop, and deploy high-quality software systems that facilitate a best-in-class digital experience for our Commodities business and clients. You'll gain a deep understanding of commodities trading, partnering directly with our trading desks to deliver positive business outcomes. What You Offer • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with an ability to grasp complex business problems to design holistic and robust solutions • 3+ years development experience with Python in a commercial context. Experience with C++ preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a business-facing role • Proven ability to identify and manage operational and technical risks • A strong understanding of software development principles & tools. e.g. design patterns, cloud technologies, deployment pipelines.
