As a Bug Slayer or more formally a Software Test Engineer, you’ll be the guardian of software excellence—ensuring our fintech solutions are secure, scalable, and bulletproof. You’ll collaborate with developers, product designers, and automation engineers to build a rock-solid foundation of quality in every release. If you love breaking things (strategically) to make them stronger, this role is for you What You'll Do • Test & Automate – Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases to validate fintech applications • Break & Improve – Identify, document, and track bugs to ensure they never make it to production • Performance & Security Testing – Ensure our software is fast, resilient, and meets the highest security standards • CI/CD & DevOps – Integrate testing into the development pipeline with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes • Risk Analysis – Assess potential failures and implement preventative quality strategies • Work with Emerging Tech – Explore AI-driven testing, blockchain security validation, and next-gen test frameworks What You Bring • Proficiency in test automation – Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar tools • Strong coding skills – Python, Java, JavaScript, or any scripting language • API testing expertise – Postman, REST Assured, or GraphQL testing frameworks • Performance testing experience – JMeter, Gatling, or k6 for load and stress testing • Security mindset – Knowledge of OWASP, penetration testing, and fintech compliance testing is a plus • Agility & Collaboration – Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies • Team Player – You love brainstorming, whiteboarding, and co-creating with others Why Join Us? • Innovation-First Culture – A place where quality engineering is at the heart of product development • Tech Playground – Work with AI-driven testing, cloud environments, and cutting-edge automation frameworks • Impactful Work – Your testing ensures financial transactions remain secure, fast, and seamless • Growth & Learning – Access to certifications, fintech hackathons, and global tech events • Flexible & Hybrid Work – Work from a trendy innovation hub or remotely with top-tier virtual collaboration tools SOME OF OUR BENEFITS include: • Maternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month • Civil Partnership: 1 week of paid leave if you're getting married.
