In this position, you will be responsible for building rapport with customers. You will handle claims involving unrepresented injured claimants, from start to finish. We are offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment while you advance your career! Position Responsibilities: Build a rapport with unrepresented claimants. Analyze coverage. Handle the complete investigation including all necessary recorded statements from all involved parties and witnesses. Determine liability. Responsible for both the property damage and injury resolution for unrepresented parties. Must be able to handle multiple vehicle accidents. In some instances, handle claims where claimant is injured and at fault party is uninsured. Must provide excellent customer service. Position Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 1 year of auto liability claims handling experience. Prior bodily injury experience a plus but not required. Understanding of full in-depth auto coverage for non-standard claims required. Texas auto claims handling experience required. Claims related computer systems experience required, Guidewire experience preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Sponsorship is not accepted for this opportunity. This position will requires working full time onsite during training. Once training is complete this will transition to an onsite role with occasional work from home opportunities reporting into our Dallas, Texas or Downer's Grove, IL office. The range for this position is $55,000 -$99,000. When determining candidate offers, we consider experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location among other factors.
