Job Details: • Flexible full-time or part-time hours • 1099 contract with renewal opportunities • Customizable caseload Key Responsibilities: • Perform virtual assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and eligibility for special education services. • Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that cater to each student’s specific needs and learning objectives. • Deliver direct instruction and support through our online platform, ensuring student engagement and progress. • Work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a unified educational experience for students. • Maintain detailed records and documentation of student progress, services provided, and communications. Qualifications: • Master’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field. • Valid state teaching certification in Special Education. • At least 2 years of experience as a Special Educator. • Proficiency in utilizing technology for virtual instruction and assessments. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster strong connections in a virtual setting. • A dedicated approach to delivering high-quality education and support to students with diverse learning needs.
