The Vacancy Provide in-person and remote IT support, ensuring timely resolution of PC, network, and software issues. Manage and track support requests using Freshdesk, prioritizing and escalating as needed. Collaborate with global IT teams and vendors to resolve hardware/software issues. $55,000 - $60,000 per year We are seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to join our team and provide hands-on technical support for our Dallas headquarters and satellite sites across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site IT environment, supporting engineering, manufacturing, and administrative teams. This position will be on-site training and onboarding, with the option to transition to a hybrid schedule afterward. Occasional travel may be required to support remote sites.
