We own and operate several successful in-house brands while collaborating with major brands and influencers to enhance and manage their digital presence. With a robust influencer/affiliate network, we strategically promote existing brands and launch new ones. From creative ideation to execution, we handle all aspects of design and marketing across various platforms. We are currently seeking a talented Shopify eCommerce Specialist to join our team and contribute to our eCommerce endeavors. This is an in-house position located in Fayetteville, AR. Position Overview: As a Shopify eCommerce Specialist at Bigly, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online stores’ success. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing our Shopify websites, enhancing user experience, and driving online sales. Your expertise will be crucial in elevating our brands and establishing a strong presence in the eCommerce landscape. Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize Shopify stores for multiple brands to enhance user experience and drive sales. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop eCommerce solutions. • Implement and customize Shopify themes and apps to align with brand aesthetics and functionality requirements. • Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics across all eCommerce projects. • Stay updated with eCommerce trends and industry best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions. • Develop and execute strategies for product listings, SEO, and conversion rate optimization. • Monitor website performance, analyze data, and generate reports to inform decision-making. • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise with the Shopify stores. • Manage multiple eCommerce projects while adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality. • Iterate on strategies based on feedback and continuously refine eCommerce tactics. Qualifications: • Proficient in Shopify platform and related technologies (themes, apps, APIs, etc.). • A strong portfolio showcasing successful eCommerce projects and a keen understanding of online retail. • Experience in eCommerce, preferably with a focus on Shopify. • Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics as they relate to eCommerce. • Ability to translate business needs into effective eCommerce solutions. • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where creativity thrives.
