Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Senior Process Executive with 2 to 5 years of experience in On-base Scanning and Indexing, as well as Workday HCM Payroll. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain skills in Procure to Pay, Payroll, Finance, and Accounting. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. Proficiency in English is essential. Responsibilities: Writing manual checks from College Station location and mailing out to home office or employees home address Sorting and scanning the payroll documents that are received at College Station from client or vendor Mailing out the filled and signed payroll documents from College Station to vendor or employees home address Resolving payroll inquires that are received through calls and tickets Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience in US Payroll & Document Center process Candidate should have a knowledge in Sorting, Scanning and Mailing the documents Candidate should be good in handling Garnishment orders Excellent communication skills Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position whom are legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
