Machine Operator

Advantage Resourcing is hiring a skilled Machine Operator for a local manufacturing warehouse in Merkel, TX. Pay: $16.50/hr Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for maintaining sheet metal machinery to ensure smooth and accurate production. You'll monitor the production process, perform routine inspections, and make minor adjustments as needed to ensure product quality. Collaboration with the warehouse and packaging teams is key to enhancing workflow and efficiency. You'll also follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to foster a safe and productive environment.
