Conduct video interviews with potential candidates; ? Assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and overall fit for the role; ? Provide detailed feedback on interviewed candidates; ? Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process; ? Be an ambassador of SupportYourApp and promote our company?s brand and values. What you need to succeed in this role: ? Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English (C1+); ? Experience with Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking System; ? At least 1-3 years of the Talent Acquisition or Recruiter experience; ? Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions; ? Desire to advance in IT; ? Experience with recruiting candidates through different job websites, sourcing skills; ? Open, easy-going personality. Will be a great plus: ? Any other foreign language knowledge is a plus.
