Develop and teach courses in graphic design and visual communications at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for students. Provide guidance and mentorship to students in their academic and creative pursuits. Design and implement innovative curriculum that reflects industry trends and advancements. Conduct and publish scholarly research and creative work in the field of graphic design. Participate in departmental and university meetings and committees. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall quality of the graphic design program. Stay current with developments and advancements in the field of graphic design and incorporate them into teaching and research. Advise and assist students with academic and career planning. Foster a diverse and inclusive community within the department and university. Maintain a strong commitment to academic excellence and uphold university standards. Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching and research skills. Participate in recruiting and admissions processes for the graphic design program. Represent the university and the graphic design program at conferences and events. Uphold ethical standards in teaching, research, and interactions with students and colleagues.
