Nordstrom is currently seeking a Beauty Concierge to join our team and elevate the standard of beauty services for our clients. As a Beauty Concierge, you will be the face of our beauty department, providing exceptional service and guidance to our customers. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about beauty, knowledgeable about the latest trends and products, and dedicated to providing top-notch customer service. If you have a love for all things beauty and a knack for creating memorable experiences, we want to hear from you! Greet and welcome customers to the beauty department with a friendly and professional demeanor. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns. Utilize expert knowledge of beauty products and services to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products to provide customers with the most current information and recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including product displays and tester stations. Collaborate with other beauty department team members to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience. Proactively engage with customers to promote and educate them on new and existing beauty products and services. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, resolving any issues to the customer's satisfaction. Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments accurately. Continuously work to meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management. Attend trainings and meetings to stay informed on new products, services, and company policies. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light. Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the company's values and promoting a positive image. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols. Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing products and supplies.
