As a Service Representative/Courier, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while transporting medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports. Your Responsibilities: ? Load necessary suppliers for daily pickups ? Complete daily pick-up schedule on time ? Deliver daily picks to the branch at the end of your shift ? Handle specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently ? Operate a company vehicle safely and obey traffic laws ? Use a handheld electronic device to manage daily picks ? Work with the dispatcher for additional pick-ups as needed ? Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions Requirements: ? High School Diploma or equivalent preferred ?
- Must be at least 21 years old
? Previous driver/courier experience preferred ? Customer service experience a plus ? Punctual with strong time management skills ? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ? Ability to problem solve customer issues ? Able to lift up to 50 lbs Apply Job!
