Based on Experience. Sales Rep/Business Development/Account Manager - Digital Video Surveillance $100000 - $150000 per year | Orange, CA | On-Site | Permanent Established leader in the construction and temporary power space is expanding its Digital Video Surveillance group and looking for an experienced Sales/Business Development Leader to join the growing team! A bit about us: We are an established leader with a nationwide presence serving industries like construction, utilities, big box retail, auto dealers, storage yards, etc. with temporary power needs. Our fastest growing business unit is our Digital Video Surveillance group, capitalizing on our dominant presence across the temp power business, bringing cutting edge mobile surveillance products to new and existing customers. We have taken this group's revenue from several hundred thousand a year to close to $10M per year in the last 5 years, and are looking to grow further into the customer category outside of construction, which includes Utilities, Big Box Retail, Auto Dealers, Storage Yards, Distribution Centers, etc. Why join us? We are selling these solutions as rental contracts for the mobile (or fixed) digital video surveillance solutions. We don't sell the equipment, we are selling long-term rental contracts. Job Details Job Details: Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Rep/Business Development/Account Manager to join our team. This role involves selling innovative digital video surveillance solutions to Utilities, Big Box Retail, Auto Dealers, Storage Yards, Distribution Centers, etc. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a hunter with a track record of successful B2B sales, and a keen understanding of territory management. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the thrill of the hunt, and has a passion for technology and security solutions. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to effectively and efficiently manage assigned territory. 2. Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, and networking. 3. Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities for digital video surveillance, mobile surveillance, and remote surveillance solutions. 4. Manage and grow existing accounts by offering innovative solutions and excellent customer service. 5. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our digital video surveillance solutions. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. 7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge. 8. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team. 9. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our brand and solutions. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the digital video surveillance space selling to customers outside of construction 2. Proven track record of successful sales and territory management. 3. Exceptional skills in prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals. 4. Experience in direct sales and enterprise sales. 5. Strong knowledge of digital video surveillance, mobile surveillance, and remote surveillance solutions. 6. Excellent account management skills with a customer-centric approach. 7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams. 8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. 9. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 10. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. 11.
