Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. Hours: • Work will be between 10 am- 3 pm on weekdays and weekends, ending when the room changes for the day are completed Duties • Change bedrooms and clean common during and after guest stays, always maintaining highest attention to detail • Perform residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. • Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance. • Execute carpet cleaning procedures using appropriate equipment and techniques to ensure carpets are clean and well-maintained. • Removing stains from carpet and laundry as needed • Launder linens and other textiles as required, repackaging them and ensuring they are fresh and ready for use. • Manage housekeeping duties in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring all areas are tidy and organized. • Stocking, unpacking, and organizing cleaning supplies • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Experience • Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. • Familiarity with floor care techniques and carpet cleaning methods is a plus. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.38 - $20.14 per hour Expected hours: 16 – 18 per week Benefits: • Mileage reimbursement • Paid training Schedule: • 4 hour shift • Day shift • Every weekend • Holidays Ability to Commute: • Omaha, NE 68117 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Omaha, NE 68117: Relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel: • 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Apply Job!
