AirBnB, VRBO and other property management sites expert

I am looking for an online specialist to manage various vacation rentals I own. There are not many but I find the sites and management of the tedious. Beyond set up of the properties, vetting and booking and coordinating check in and out. I have local persons to do the on-site work. Duties • Set up credentials for properties on various sites and the online tools and software for data entry and tracking of tenant information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests. • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Coordinate property maintenance activities, liaising with contractors and service providers as necessary. • Maintain accurate records related to property management activities, including legal administrative tasks and compliance with relevant laws. • Support sales initiatives by promoting properties effectively to potential tenants. Qualifications • Proven experience in expertise in using and managing properties on AirBNB, VRBO and other sites. • Knowledge of temporary professional housing sources • Familiarity with property leasing processes and facilities management best practices. • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.
