Description: • Ideal for curious individuals who love to learn! • You will work as a Billing Support Advisor and provide technical support after 45-60 days. • Support customers with their billing, account, and technical issues. • Ensure call resolution in a timely manner with excellent communication skills. • Ability to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction required. • Must be able to commit to 100% attendance for five weeks of paid training. • A variety of schedules available including at least one weekend day, mostly Mid and Evening shifts.
