Responsibilities • Engage with customers via online chat, addressing inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner. • Utilize strong communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively. • Analyze customer requests to provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently. • Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring all customer interactions are documented accurately in the system. • Handle outbound calling as necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or concerns. • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and delivering appropriate solutions. • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. • Maintain a high level of professionalism while managing multiple chats simultaneously. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred. • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and familiarity with chat software. • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats. • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored responses. • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team dynamics. • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
