Full Charge Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Online Expertise: Full-Time Remote Position

The duties for this position include (but are not limited to) the following: • Monthly bookkeeping for business clients • Downloading and posting bank and credit card transactions into QuickBooks Online • Reconciling bank and credit card accounts • Paying client’s bills using Bill.com • Monthly QuickBooks account reconciliation and posting adjusting journal entries • Prepare and file city & state B&O returns • Process regular payroll for clients using Gusto, ADP, Paychex etc. • Prepare annual Form 1099s • Personal Property Affidavits • Unclaimed Property Reports • Generate monthly financial reports Qualifications: • Minimum three years of full charge bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online experience • Experience working with business clients • Previous experience working in the dental industry is a plus, but not required • Must be proficient with Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office 365 • Knowledge of Gusto, Hubdoc and bill.com is a plus, but not required • Extremely detail-oriented, self-starter, positive attitude • Strong organizational skills • Professional attitude and appearance • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multi-task Minimum Required Experience: • QuickBooks Online: 3 years • Bookkeeping: 3 years • Associate’s Degree in Accounting Compensation: • Competitive salary DOE plus full benefits, which includes: • Holiday, vacation and sick pay • Retirement plan with company matching • Company paid medical, dental and vision insurance Keywords: bookkeeper, bookkeeping, accountant, accounting, remote, QBO Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $55,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Schedule: • Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities Education: • Associate (Required) Experience: • QuickBooks Online: 2 years (Required) • Bookkeeping: 3 years (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
