• Drive long-haul trucks with a keen emphasis on maintaining safety standards and optimizing performance.
• Guarantee the safety and condition of the vehicle by performing detailed pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Optimize delivery routes for better performance and adherence to time-sensitive deadlines.
• Ensure the secure transport of goods by complying with the appropriate handling and packaging procedures.
• Sustain a clear and uniform line of communication with dispatchers and customers.
• Precisely track hours worked and conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks accordingly.
• Abide by the safety regulations and guidelines established by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
• Compliance can be upheld by promptly reporting any vehicle concerns, incidents, or breaches.

Qualifications:

• Certification of a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Pristine driving history without any major infractions.
• Meeting the DOT's standards for physical wellness assessments and drug screenings.
• Being adept at time management and organization is valuable.
• Understanding in successfully transporting and managing bulky or oversized shipments.
• Skilled in delivering outstanding customer service and prioritizing the development of relationships.
• Maintaining a dedication to safety procedures and regulatory standards, with an emphasis on timely incident reporting.

Experience Levels Accepted:

• CDL Trainees
• CDL School Graduates
• Participants in our structured 12-week training program for new commercial drivers, designed to accelerate skill development for drivers with experience ranging from three months to five years.

Preferred Experience:

• Competency in operating multiple trailer styles, including dry van, refrigerated, flatbed, and tanker trailers.
• Familiarity with executing tasks involving multiple unit processes, combination vehicle functionalities, and various transportation modalities.
• Skillfulness in the handling of domestic goods and specialized transfers.
