Position Overview We're seeking fun, smart, and nice individuals with experience in:
- Monthly transactions and reconciliations using QBO, Xero, and other software.
- Accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll management.
- Additional tasks based on your skills and interests.
Desired Skills (Nice-to-Haves)
- Tax preparation, payroll setup, and sales tax experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks Desktop, Sage, or other accounting software.
- Accrual accounting, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliation.
- HR or operations background is a plus.

Job Details

- Salary: $60,000 per year
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.
