Responsibilities
- Verify insurance coverage for patients requiring in-home IV therapy.

- Perform benefit investigations and obtain prior authorizations for new and existing patients.

- Demonstrate excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers.

- Understand insurance carriers and concepts including drug cards, major medical benefits, and per diem coverage.
Requirements
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
