Who We’re Looking For: This role is NOT for everyone. We're only hiring people who:

• Love to clean and have at least 2 years of experience (commercial preferred)
• Know how to clean lobbies, kitchens, breakrooms, restrooms, daycares, churches, etc.
• Can mop, vacuum, sweep, and sanitize with both speed and excellence
• Are detail-obsessed — smudges, dust, or grime drive you nuts
• Follow systems and checklists, and always look for ways to improve
• Communicate clearly and proactively via smartphone and app
• Show up on time, every time, and take pride in a job well done
• Can handle multiple clients and manage time independently
• Look for ways to go above and beyond — without being asked
• Have a smartphone and reliable transportation
• (Bonus points if you have your own equipment and supplies)

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct thorough dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces.
• Dispose of waste materials properly and maintain recycling practices.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed or requested by management.

Skills

• Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
• Good time management skills are needed to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning chemicals is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and coworkers.

• Shifts: Nights (6 pm–6 am preferred), part-time to start
