Data Analyst (Remote in Puerto Rico) - San Juan, PR

- Works with Business users, Domain Architects and Software Engineers to document requirements and technical specifications
- Work in data & business intelligence (BI) to connect dots and create insights (including dashboards)
- Create business intelligence solutions and models
- Perform analysis, interpret results, analyze & investigate, develop actionable insights and present recommendations
- Develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis
- Other duties may apply

- 3+ years of total experience working with Power BI
- 3+ years of total experience in SQL
- Experience creating and maintaining data mapping documents using MS Excel
- Experience consuming high-level design documents and breaking them down into user stories to be consumed and implemented by the engineers
- Proficient communication in English
- Proven solid verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work in ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Healthcare industry
- Experience creating and maintaining process flow diagrams in Visio
- Experience creating and maintaining UI mockups using Balsamiq Mockups
