Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener. ? Work with confidential customer information while treating it sensitively. ? Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding. ? Keep a constant working knowledge of our client?s products, services, and promotions. ? Document and update records in the required systems. Requisitos Who are you? ? A high school graduate (must have a diploma or certificate). ? Someone with an intermediate English level and excellent communication skills. ? A person who is polite and empathic at the same time. Someone who can put themselves in somebody else's shoes to understand their feelings or thoughts. ? Someone who knows how to solve problems most positively. ? Someone who sees the big picture but also the tiny details. ? A person with no experience but with a proactive and confident attitude. Enjoy: ? 6-month contract. ? Available to Work at Home. ?
