Role and Responsibilities

  • Respond to Customer Service Requests: Answer 35+ calls/day, respond to texts/emails.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy in all customer interactions.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Show up everyday ready to win in a team environment.
  • Achieve Cross-Sell Goals: Meet cross-sell goals (umbrella, renters, life referrals, etc.). Position is approximately 95% service.
  • Referral Development: Encourage client referrals by asking after every interaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Property & Casualty insurance customer service.
  • Licensing: Must hold a valid Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Genuine desire to positively impact clients' lives by assessing needs and recommending appropriate coverage.
