You’ll help support customers ordering through major brands like Walmart, Jersey Mike’s, and Papa John’s, all while working remotely. What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and other channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues with empathy.
- Coordinate Customer order placement.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of customer support or service experience.
- Clear, professional writing and strong problem-solving skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking.
- Experience with Intercom or food delivery apps is a plus.
