Customer Service Support Representative (Remote/WFH) - Hiring Now

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries at once.

• Must be located in the United States.
