Job Requirements:
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Desire to work in a sales environment
- Strong phone etiquette and consultative sales skills
- Stable job history
- Effective stress and time management
- Competitive mindset to meet/exceed goals
- Minimum internet speeds of 50 Mbps download
- Work from home area free from noise and distractions
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Handle 35-45 incoming calls per shift
- Collect health information to understand caller risks
- Educate callers on early health screenings
- Use consultative sales approach to recommend services and convert leads
- Schedule screening appointments and collect payments
