Remote Medical Transcriptionist / Live Scribe

About the account: DrCatalyst DrCatalyst (DrC) is a remote healthcare staffing organization that has over 750 billable staff from the Philippines. We are looking for Medical Transcriptionists who are ready to transcribe live patient calls and take dictations from their client. Work Schedule and Arrangement: Night shift PHT, Full time, Remote work for those outside Cebu province only with Solid Experience as a Medical Transcriptionist before. Responsibilities:
- Transcribe live patient calls and take dictations from client specifically in Dermatology
- Convert audio file and download to express scribe
- Transcribe within 24 hours all the files received during the day
- Ensure 98% to 100% accuracy in the transcription of the audio file sent by the client
- Proofread all transcriptions prior to entering the data in visit note to avoid errors
- Enter data in EMR Visit Note once proofreading is completed
- Notify the client after the completion of entering data in IMS Visit Note
- Complete all dictations for the day from the client
- Perform additional tasks that are dependent on the client's requests
- Complete note during encounter incorporating essential elements as dictated by provider
- Complete prescriptions dictated by provider and send them electronically
- Candidates shall have dermatology and medical terminology experience
- Enter data in EMR once proofreading is completed
- Notify the client after the completing of EMR data entry
Requirements:
- Must be a Medical Allied Graduate
- At least 1 year experience in Dermatology Transcription
- Good attention to detail
- Typing speed of 55 WPM with 95% accuracy in transcription
- Good listening, comprehension, and research skills
- Good English grammar and pronunciation both oral and written
- Knowledgeable in medical terminologies
- Ability to focus and concentrate with little distraction
- Trainings and certifications will be provided
- Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
- Monthly salary of maximum 28,000 for Less Experienced Candidates
- Monthly salary of maximum 35,000 for Experienced Candidates
