Customer Interaction:- Provide assistance to customers through live chat in a timely and efficient manner.- Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and patient support initiatives while ensuring a positive customer experience.- Resolve issues and provide solutions by actively listening and engaging with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding.-Data Management:- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.- Monitor and track support requests to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution.-Collaboration:- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to communicate customer feedback and support initiatives.- Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer service outcomes.-Training and Development:- Participate in ongoing training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge of Pfizer products, policies, and industry trends.- Mentor new team members on best practices in customer engagement and support.-Performance Metrics:**- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.- Demonstrate accountability by consistently striving to exceed set performance targets.? *Requirements:
