Job Summary: We are looking for a Home Advisor to join our team. As an Apple Home Advisor, you?ll be part of a team that helps our customers by providing world-class technical support. We?ll train you to troubleshoot, provide solutions, and help our customers have the best possible experience with Apple products and services. Responsibilities: 1. Provide first-class customer service to Apple customers via phone, chat, or email. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues... on Apple products and software. 3. Knowledge of Apple products is a plus. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Ability to handle stressful situations and deal with irate customers. 5.
