Remote Workplace Strategist JN -032025-156994
Our client is looking for an experienced Workplace Strategist to join their growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for the development of Workplace Strategies for clients and bringing in clients throughout the US. Success in this position means that you have brought in enough business to start hiring a team within 1 year. Workplace Strategist compensation and benefits:
- Fully remote position
- Base salary of $130 – 150k + commission
- Medical/Dental/Vision/Retirement
- PTO, Vacation
Workplace Strategist Responsibilities:
- Supplement workplace teams for larger enterprise clients to
- Analyze current workplace strategies for small to medium-sized businesses
- Integrate strategies to supplement design processes
- Help clients minimize budgets and maximize impact
Workplace Strategist Requirements:
- BS in Architecture or equivalent is preferred
- 3+ years of hands-on Workplace Strategy experience
- Experience interpreting workplace utilization data
- Ability to translate business objectives into space requirements
- Bring a client book of business with you
