Customer Service Agent - Call Center
Job Description: Customer Service Representative We are looking for temporary candidates! The best candidates are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Problem-solving comes naturally. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Ability to be professional with customers
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the correct protocols
- Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
- Must have CRM experience
- Flawless attendance
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Strong phone contact handling skills with call control and active listening
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- One year or more previous high-volume Contact Center experience preferred
- Chat and Email support in a customer service environment preferred
