Virtual Assistant - Crypto and Web3 (ZR_22244_JOB)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant with experience in lead generation, especially in the crypto space and among high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). Your main focus will be building connections, starting conversations, and turning leads into opportunities in both Web3 and traditional business communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with crypto communities on Telegram, Discord, and Reddit
- Find and connect with HNWIs via LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Create and manage posts for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Instagram
- Run cold outreach campaigns with tailored messages
- Follow up regularly with leads to building relationships
- Book calls and meetings with potential clients
- Monitor engagement and adjust strategies based on results
Requirements
- Experience engaging in crypto and Web3 communities
- Proven ability to connect with HNWIs on social platforms
- Strong skills in managing social media accounts
- Excellent written English
- Able to work across different time zones (US, UK, UAE, Asia)
- Organized and able to juggle multiple campaigns
- Self-driven and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of crypto (e.g. USDT, BTC transactions)
- Experience setting appointments and qualifying leads
- Background in crypto, finance, or wealth management
- Track record of turning cold outreach into real business

Incentive Scheme Option1: Deal-Based Commission (Unlocked after 3 successful deals) Once you’ve generated 3 successful deals, you’ll qualify for deal-based commissions:
- £50–£100 for every lead that results in a booked call and closes
- Additional £250–£500+ bonus for larger deals or long-term clients brought in
Option 2: Monthly Target Bonus
- £250 bonus for achieving either:
- 30 qualified leads in a month, or
- 15 booked calls with potential clients
Option 3: Tiered Bonus Structure
- 0–10 qualified leads: No bonus
- 11–20 qualified leads: £100
- 21–30 qualified leads: £250
- 31+ qualified leads: £400+
- Qualified lead, someone who matches you ideal client profile (crypto investor or HNWI) and progresses to a serious conversation or booked call.
Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
