Job Overview : We are seeking a skilled Java & React.js Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing both front-end and back-end components of web applications. You'll work with Java (Spring Framework, Spring Boot) on the back-end and React.js on the front-end to build scalable, dynamic, and performant applications. You'll play a key role in designing and implementing features, ensuring seamless integration, and providing an excellent user experience. As part of a collaborative and Agile team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that make a real difference for our clients. Key Responsibilities : - Full-Stack Development : Build and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications using Java and React.js. - API Development : Design and implement RESTful APIs with Java (Spring Boot) for efficient and secure communication between client-side and server-side systems. - UI Development : Create responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js and ensure a seamless, intuitive user experience. - Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define application features and requirements. - Code Quality : Follow best practices for coding, including clean code principles, unit testing, and documentation to ensure maintainability and scalability. - Troubleshooting & Debugging : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues across the full stack. - Agile Development : Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as part of an Agile development cycle, delivering features incrementally. - Continuous Learning : Stay current with the latest technologies and trends in Java and React.js, and apply them to improve development processes and solutions. Qualifications : Educational Requirements : - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience : - 5+ years of professional experience in developing web applications using Java (preferably Spring Boot) and React.js./Angular - Proven experience building RESTful APIs and integrating front-end and back-end components. Technical Skills : - Strong experience with Java and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.) for back-end development. - Proficiency in React.js/Angular, including React hooks, component architecture, and state management (Redux, Context API). - Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) for building responsive, cross-browser-compatible front-end solutions. - Experience with Databases such as SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB). - Strong understanding of version control using Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills : - Ability to debug and solve complex issues across the full stack, from the back end to the front end. Soft Skills : - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn new technologies and improve development practices. Bonus Skills : - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Docker. - Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, Jest, or Mocha. - Knowledge of WebSocket or real-time application development.
