Part-Time Evening Recruiter

Description Description We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to support our growing operations by providing administrative services related to the recruitment and onboarding of Role Players (each, an "RP") for training exercises conducted by the Company. This part-time position (approximately 20-30 hours per week) is scheduled tentatively from 5:00-10:00 p.m. with weekends included and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in contributing to a high-performing team. Your responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, the following: Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned tasks or projects within agreed timelines
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
• Recruiting: Outreach, Review applications, conduct interviews, and prioritize highly qualified candidates
• Onboarding: Issue contracts, I-9 Citizenship Forms, and Invoice Templates to approved candidates
• Complete assigned tasks or projects within agreed timelines
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
• Answer phone calls via the Company's corporate directory for RP recruitment
• Populate the project database utilizing the Company's secure SharePoint
• Organize file and upload documents in proper locations
• Maintain consistent communication with project leads and staff
• Follow all provided guidelines, standards, and protocols
• Deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision
• You may also be required to perform other duties, in addition to those set forth above, that are reasonably related to your expertise and skills.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruiting and/or customer service
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and access to necessary equipment/tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
• Willingness to undergo background checks or meet compliance requirements
• MUST BE RELIABLE AND HAVE FLEXIBLE EVENING HOURS INCLUDING WEEKENDS

LOCATION (Subject to Change). This work is to be done remotely in your home or at a location where a secure and stable internet connection is. EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, AND MATERIALS: You are responsible for providing the following equipment, tools, and materials for use in providing the Services:

• Laptop, tablet, or another device with password-protected secure internet access.
• Note-taking equipment.
• Phone with active service.
• The Company shall provide you with the following equipment, tools, and materials for use in providing the Services:
• Recommended scripts and guidance to increase productivity.
• Access to the database for data entry and file organization.
• Proper login information for e-mail, phone, and database access.
• Other items, as required.

DELIVERABLES:

• Project Status Report submitted daily. Exceptions are approved if the schedule does not support this.
• Completed invoice and/or hours timecard.
