• One must meet the age of 18 years at the time of hiring, but in cases where individuals are younger and wish to work during school hours, they must present a waiver for consideration.
• Transportation to and from work must be consistent and trustworthy.
• Capability to excel when faced with pressure and adeptly handle unexpected changes.
