Part-Time Call Center Representative (Remote Position)
About the position We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a minimum of one year of call center experience. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls and providing information regarding various state programs. Your role will involve updating customer and account information as needed, responding promptly to customer inquiries, and soliciting feedback to enhance service quality. You will also handle general customer inquiries and perform other call center duties as required. This is a part-time position that offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to choose your work hours within the specified range. However, please note that Monday is a mandatory 8-hour workday, and you will need to commit to a minimum of 16 hours and a maximum of 28 hours per week. The company will provide the necessary equipment for you to perform your duties effectively from the comfort of your home.
