We are now seeking a Virtual Chat Support Help Agent to join our dynamic team, engaging with our valued customers and providing exceptional service in the mechanical and industrial engineering sector. Your role is crucial in helping us maintain our high standards as we navigate the digital landscape to keep our clients connected and informed. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via virtual chat and provide effective solutions. ? Assist customers with product information, service inquiries, and troubleshooting queries. ? Maintain a high level of knowledge about our services, products, and policies to better assist customers. ? Document all interactions and keep detailed records of customer inquiries and issues using our CRM system. ? Collaborate with team members to escalate issues when necessary and ensure customer satisfaction. ? Monitor and follow up on open inquiries to ensure timely resolution and closure. ? Provide feedback on common customer issues to assist in improving our service and support processes. ? High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or customer service is a plus. ? Proven experience in customer support or similar role, preferably in a mechanical or industrial engineering setting. ? Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and engaging tone. ? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. ? Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset to address customer needs. ?
