- Interact with clients across channels, providing friendly and efficient assistance
- Develop a deep understanding of our platform to address client inquiries accurately
- Listen to client needs, collaborate with teams, and solve problems effectively
- Document client interactions and transactions accurately in our systems
- Guide clients on seamless utilization of our platform for accessing earned wagesSkills, Knowledge & ExpertiseQualifications:
- Strong bi-lingual English / Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to help clients
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software platforms
- Problem-solving skills to handle various client situations
