Service Delivery Project Manager
About the position The Service Delivery Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects that ensure the successful delivery of IT services to clients. This role involves overseeing project planning, execution, and implementation while aligning with service level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve desired outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or four or more years of work experience.

- Three or more years of relevant work experience in project management, preferably in a service delivery environment.

- Proven track record of successful project delivery.

- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
