In this pivotal role, you will be teaming with the operations team while overseeing the day to day management of the LM DEC in Honolulu, HI.As a key player in our organization, you will be working with a team of enthusiastic professionals and collaborating with various departments (LMGA, Protocol, Facilities, multi-BA onsite programs) to promote and deliver immersive mission engagements, disruptive technology solutions and services to our customers all while enabling our partners to strengthen and grow their customer relationships.Basic Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and social acumen
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Past experience building relationships and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, including company executives, vendors and contractors
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Past experience in a customer facing role and teaming with internal partners (examples: planning and execution of events, business development activities, etc.)
- Past experience with technology solutions which can include: emerging trends, tools, and best practices relevant to DEC
- Previous experience in business development role
- Previous experience with event coordination and logistics planning
- Basic knowledge of AV technologies such as Crestron, Cisco and Pixera
- Proficient with Project Management tools (e.g. Pivotal Tracker, AirTable, Smartsheet, OneNote etc.)
