- Verify customer documents and record results of findings, specifically, Certification of Trust
- Documents will be retrieved and reviewed within the OnBase application to record grantor and trustee information.
- Results of the Certification of Trust review will be compared against expected results, per proper account opening procedures.
- Findings will be recorded in an Excel spreadsheet.
- Involves sitting at a desk for long periods of time, and continuous review of documents digitally (on a screen).
