Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start).

• Must be interested and available to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as scheduled on an 8 to 12-hour fixed night shift or rotating shift, depending on shift availability.

• Must be able to reliably commute to Menomonie, WI or plan to relocate prior to start (This position is in Menomonie, WI, 54751)
