What You'll Do:
- Research new markets and trends to spot opportunities for strategic growth.
- Generate and qualify leads through online research, outreach, and networking.
- Assist in building and managing relationships with prospective clients.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate on sales campaigns and help manage sales documentation in the CRM.
- Track and report on your activities, learnings, and outcomes.
- Help ensure client satisfaction and minimize churn through proactive engagement.
- Contribute to initiatives like product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer service.
- Curiosity, coachability, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot (a plus).
