Kadiko has worked with more than 200 brands and won more than 130 awards.We are seeking a senior-level designer with a sharp eye for layout, a strategic mind, and deep experience designing impactful presentations. You will be responsible for creating high-stakes materials from executive decks and pitch presentations to branded templates and reports that engage audiences and reflect brand guidelines.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOwn design work and manage time appropriately to meet established deadlines.Design, refine, and elevate presentations and documents (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Figma Slides) for internal and external stakeholders.Develop scalable templates, style guides, and branded materials for use across teams.Prepare and package all files to be client-facing and market-ready.Deliver on time, to specification, at high quality.Consistently communicate with project owners regarding project status and challenges.Provide technical input and advice on projects required to achieve high quality.Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing projectsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSAt least 5 years of experience in presentation and layout design ideally in a creative advertising agencyMastery of presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Figma Slides)A proven track record of creating high value visual assets.Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.A “roll up your sleeves” attitude towards developing and creating visual assets.Ability to work under your own initiative while asking for help or advice when neededStrong understanding of fundamental design principles for web, print, and video that influence typography, composition, color, use of space, and hierarchy of informationAdvanced skills in Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopPride in error-free workKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESExcellent design sense and the ability to iterate design concepts quickly and skillfullyAbility to research and develop comprehensive design concepts that are both unique and imaginative, while being current and relevantWell-organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and helpful, and an insightful self-starterAbility to create and share strong narrative presentations to show designs to internal teamsAble to produce original assets for final content design projectsQuick learner with an avid curiosity and sense of passion for design and cultureProficiency in illustration and visualization, along with a sophisticated knowledge of typography and layout are key skills as wellA portfolio of work that showcases your wide and varied talentOutstanding verbal communication skillsExcellent collaborative skillsStoryboarding for video is a plus (use of graphics and/or stock imagery)Experience with e-books and whitepapersHOURS / PAY / LOCATIONCommissionContract roleWork remotelyDo not email Kadiko directly or through our website, no calls or LinkedIn messages.Powered by JazzHR Expected salary: Location: Chicago, IL Apply for the job now!
