Here, you will make an impact by:
- Lead capital engineering projects that support Growth, Cost Reduction, EHS improvement, and Equipment/Facility Renewal.
- Lead diverse teams including electrical, facilities, design, technical experts, and operations to deliver project expectations.
- Utilize project engineering fundamentals (scope, budget, schedule, forecasting, communication, financial analysis) to deliver the best outcome for 3M.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) with one (1) year of experience in project management in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Associate's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and three (3) years of project management experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering
- History of successful execution of projects including final performance in the factory
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively present project plans and status to management
- Team player with the ability to positively contribute to a multidisciplinary environment
- Knowledge of Process Safety Management and Mechanical Integrity industry practices
