Our team is responsible for implementing solutions to problems, developing strategic initiatives, mitigating risks and driving efficiency across the supply chain. As a Procurement Engineer, your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex supply chain issues. • Have an understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes

• Experience assessing supplier's business, process and technical / quality capabilities

• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical publications

• Experience utilizing tools and techniques that will identify risk and opportunity for mitigation

Desired skills

• Familiarity with MatrixOne, Solumina, CAD, SAP, PMC and MS Office suite
• Understanding of supply chain processes, organizational business rhythms
• Strong balance of technical, operational and business acumen
• Familiarity with aerostructures and composites manufacturing tools, techniques and special processes
• Familiarity with AS9102 Quality procedures, Materials and Process specifications and Sikorsky Standards
